  1. A 50% deposit must be paid upon the booking confirmation being made by the client. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid one week prior to our products being dispatched from the depot. Once the booking confirmation has been made by the client and the deposit of 50% is paid, this amount is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
  2. Our cancellation policy stipulates that Bespoke by WM must be notified via phone call or email no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date. Any changes to the booking dates or cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled booking dates, will result in the client forfeiting the deposit in full. In case of the client rescheduling, the booking within the 7 days of the original booking the client will be required to forfeit the deposit in full and create a new booking.
  3. All event delivery and set up bookings must be paid for in full by the customer prior to any of our products being loaded for dispatch and leaving our depot.
  4. All bonds as per our schedule below must be paid for in full at the time of the booking confirmation being accepted by the client.
  5. Items being picked up from our depot by the client are required to be picked up within the designated time agreed to by Bespoke by WM. Items being picked up after this designated timeframe will incur a cost of $55 per hour until collected.
  6. Items being returned after the scheduled return date shall incur additional fees charged at the nominal daily charge out rate for all hired out items.
  7. In the event of any items not being returned or any items requiring replacement please refer to the attached schedule of replacement items that the client will be required to pay for.
  8. All items will be provided with set up/pack up instructions for the client’s reference. In the event that a client requires Bespoke by WM to provide further instructions on assembling or disassembling any items, we will be available to assist by telephone. Any onsite assistance required from the client where an installer is required to come to the site will be charged at $85 per hour per installer. Labor rates will be charged from the time the installer(s) leave our depot to the time the installer(s) return to our depot. There will be a minimum charge of 3 hours.
  9. In the case of the client wanting to add additional items to the booking, this can be done at the normal item hire out rates dependant on availability of stock. Any items being removed from the hire agreement by the client must be carried out with no less than 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled event booking date. Cancellations of any items within the 7 day period leading up to the scheduled booking date will result in the client fore fitting the deposits paid for each relevant item.
  10. All items must be picked up in an enclosed vehicle/van/trailer. No open trailers. You must bring appropriate tie-down ropes/straps to secure items safely for transit.
